From Bolivia
To Fairbanks
What started as a family-run tent at the Tanana Valley Fair grew into Fairbanks' favorite empanada spot. Mama Anita, Javier, Rosa, Nick, Malu, Fiorella, and Gigi — our family brought traditional Bolivian recipes from La Paz all the way to interior Alaska.
Every empanada is folded by hand. Every batch is baked to order. We don't cut corners because our family name is on the box — and you can taste it.
